Winter Food Drive and Raffle

As Gouverneur High School begins our celebration of the holiday season, our student leadership has organized our Annual Winter Food Drive and Raffle. Each year, our Student Senate works in correspondence with the Gouverneur Food Pantry to organize a raffle event, collecting donations during the holiday season, in hopes to support our community. Students who bring in non-perishable food items will receive a chance to win the raffle for the cash prize of $100. Each non-perishable food item that is brought in will earn you one ticket in the drawing for the prize. We organize this food drive to help support our community during the holiday season, as it can be a difficult and expensive time for some, so show your support for our community and our local food banks by cleaning out your pantries and earning a chance to win $100. The collection will begin on December 18th and run until the drawing, which will be held on our last day of school before the holiday break, December 21st.
